PHILRACOM facilitated the Drug Testing in PRCI - Naic, Cavite

The PHILRACOM facilitated the Drug Testing, a requirement for the issuance of license, for the grooms, groom helpers, exercise riders, and farriers within the premises of the PRCI  in Naic, Cavite last January 12, 2012. 

Multilab Diagnostic & Health Services,  a DOH Accredited Laboratory, situated in Trece Martirez City,  conducted the on-site Drug Testing  (at a discounted cost), from 9:00am - 5pm,  which was actively participated by 115 PRCI stable workforce consisting of new licensees and those for renewals.  

The on-site Drug Testing, in coordination with the PRCI management,  was supervised by the  Commission , comprised by its able staff,   Mr. Eric dela Cruz, Ms. Agnes Espina    and  Mr. Victor Cruz.  This undertaking aims  to obtain  credible drug test results by utilizing a government-accredited  drug test  laboratory,  and likewise, rendering dependable, convenient , economical, and  effective service to our  licensees.

This amelioration was made through the efforts and initiative of the PHILRACOM , under the leadership of  the Honorable  Chairman Angel L. Castaño, Jr. and Commissioners, Hon. Jesus B. Cantos, Hon. Reynaldo G. Fernando, Hon. Victor V. Tantoco, Hon. Lyndon B. Guce and Hon. Atty. Franco L. Loyola,    associated with  the implementation of the new Plans and Programs of the Commission, envisioned in its "ROADMAP for 2011 and Beyond"  projecting T.R.I.P.(Transparency, Responsiveness, Innovativeness and Policy-Driven).
