- The Board in its meeting on 16 June 2010 approved for implementation effective immediately the following Amendments to PR 155 (Club Veterinarian) as follows:
“PR 155 CLUB VETERINARIAN – The Racing Clubs shall have at least (2) Board Certified Veterinarian duly licensed by the Philracom to practice his profession during race days. |

The Handicapping Committee had proposed the SCHEDULES OF DECLARATION / DRAWING OF POST POSITIONS FOR PRCI & SLLP and was subsequently approved by The Board of Commissioners for implementation effective 28 June 2010 as follows:
SCHEDULES OF DECLARATION / DRAWING OF POST POSITION FOR PRCI & SLLP
- MONDAY – for Tuesday and Wednesday races
- 10 am (opening of the Declaration box)
- declarations can be extended up to 11 am only if the need arises
- 2 pm (drawing of post positions)
- WEDNESDAY – for Thursday and Friday races
- 10 am (opening of the Declaration box)
- declarations can be extended up to 11 am only if the need arises
- 2 pm (drawing of post positions)
- FRIDAY – for Saturday and Sunday races
- 10 am (opening of the Declaration box)
- declarations can be extended up to 11 am only if the need arises
- 3 pm (drawing of post positions)
In case of a holiday, the Clubs shall announce schedules for the declaration and drawing of post positions. |

- Additional one (1) kg for racehorses belonging to Class Division 12
