Committee, with the Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to Five

Machine and other Operational Accessories for the Equine Center and Drug

Laboratory
table for GC-MS The Bidding Documents shall be
available at the BAC Secretariat starting December 13, 2007 upon payment of a non-refundable fee amounting
to Three Thousand Pesos (P 3,000.00) to the Philracom
Cashier. A Pre-Bid Conference shall be
conducted on December 20, 2007 – 2:00
pm at the Philracom Conference Room, 4th Floor Electra House
Bldg., Sealed bids must be submitted on or
before January 07, 2008 – 1:00 pm
including its corresponding non-refundable Bid Bond amounting to Five Thousand Eight Hundred
Pesos (P 5,800.00) at the above-mentioned address, where it will be opened
immediately. The BAC reserves the right to reject
any or all bids, waive any minor informalities in the bids, receive and award
the contract to the substantially responsive bidder/s whose bid proposal/s
