REGISTRATION FEES, CHARGES AND RENEWALS

86. REGISTRATION FEES, CHARGES AND RENEWALS – All renewals shall be renewed on or before the last day of the
month of January each year likewise all registrants of PHILRACOM by the same
date. In the event the last day
of January falls on a public holiday or weekend, renewals will be extended to
the first working day of next week.
Failure to renew their
respective license or registration, they will not be permitted to function in
any position until licensed to do so and will be penalized fifty (50%)
percent additional fee of the license or registration fee for late renewal.
A. REGISTRATION FEES – The following are the rates
of fees to be paid by licensees and registrants of the PHILRACOM as well as
other fees imposed or otherwise to be imposed by it:
